Shipping Delays: Due to circumstances beyond our control, there are shipping delays both within Australia and internationally. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. We continue to pick, pack and send your orders in our famously super fast fashion, but once your order leaves our warehouse we are at the mercy of the shipping gods.
Terms and Conditions
Shipping & Handling
Orders placed by 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Standard postage and handling is a flat rate of $8 for deliveries to anywhere in Australia. Orders placed Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be shipped the following business day. Standard shipping is via Australia Post Parcel Post. If you do not expect to be home, a work address can be used. Occasionally Australia Post will leave a card to let you know they have attempted to deliver. You can then pick up your parcel from your Australia Post Post Office.
Allow 2-7 business days for standard delivery within Australia however, remote areas may be slightly longer.
Buy two or more full-sized bottles of Nut Job Natural Fibres or spend over $70 and receive FREE FAST shipping to customers in Australia via Australia Post Express Post. Note that you need to be in an Australia Post Express Post area to receive next day shipping. Orders received by 1pm will be shipped same day.
We know what it’s like to be so busy you forget to reorder. So if you suddenly find out you have run out of Nut Job, we offer an Express Delivery option.
If your order is made before 1pm on a standard business day, we will send your package via Australia Post Express Delivery with a guaranteed* next day delivery to major cities and towns in Australia. The cost of Express Delivery is $10 to anywhere in Australia.
If you wish to determine whether the Australia Post Guaranteed * Next Day Delivery Post service is available in your area, please visit the Australia Post website.
*While we offer the Australia Post Express Post service, we have no jurisdiction over their ability to consistently provide such a service. We do all we can to ensure your package arrives as fast as possible, however some aspects of the delivery are completely out of our control. We thank you for your understanding.

We ship to New Zealand and Singapore. Please check your price at checkout. Nut Job converts your shopping price into your local currency but you pay for your goods in Australian dollars.
All international shipping is sent via Australia Post. Please note that we cannot intervene in the shipping process once it has left our warehouse.
*Shipping fees on returns. We offer free return postage with a return authorisation form. Please advise us at email@example.com of your return and we will email you the return authorisation form and the reply paid address to send your product back to. But please note, although we offer a full refund on the cost of the product(s) you purchased, your refund will not include the cost of shipping whether or not you paid for local or international shipping or received your shipping for free.
Refunds and Returns
Nut Job™ is committed to providing you with a high quality product that covers up your thinning hair. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, please contact us within 30 days via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to provide you with instructions for you to return your product for a full refund of the cost of the product (less shipping cost*).
Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days from receipt of the returned product.
Please also note that returns and refunds will not be considered after 30 days from date of order.
Once you have placed your order, we cannot cancel it or change it in any way. Our order processing is automated. So please check your order contents and your address details etc are correct BEFORE you place it.
Our shipping is FAST. This means if you make a mistake with your order, by the time you realise or let us know, your items will already be packed, labelled and shipped and so we won't be able to make any changes. We send everything via Australia Post and they collect from us three times a day.
If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us via email@example.com and we will assist you with a return and replacement. Please note that there may be additional charges that you will have to bear if the mistake was yours.
Change of Mind
According to Australian Consumer Law a customer is entitled to a refund if the goods are faulty (major or minor problem) or do not meet customer expectations. This does not apply if the consumer has a change of mind.
Nut Job Subscriptions orders are not eligible for change of mind returns once we have processed your order. In this instance you no longer want to receive an ongoing subscription, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel future orders.
*Shipping costs will be deducted from all refunds regardless of whether the customer paid for shipping or not.
Damaged Or Incomplete Delivery
All products are thoroughly checked and are ascertained damage-free prior to dispatch. In the event customers receive damaged or incomplete items please notify us immediately via email@example.com and we will endeavour to rectify the problem immediately.

SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE Terms and Conditions
The Nut Job subscription service allows you to regularly receive your Nut Job supply at a discount! You can set your usual order to be automatically delivered to you at a regular interval (every 1-4 weeks or 1-4 months). This helps make sure you never run out when you need it most! You can change your subscription preferences at any time by logging in to your account and even if you change the frequency of your delivery you still retain the same great price!
Please note: If you sign up to a subscription, you agree to receive at least two shipments. Subscription orders are automatic and so we are unable to cancel or amend subscription orders once they have been processed. The subscription discount is not valid for use with other offers and subscription orders are not eligible for change of mind refunds.
However, you can log in and cancel your subscription manually at any time.
